NutraCups® Matcha Vitality Support
The ingredients in Matcha Vitality NutraCups protect against symptoms of tiredness and contribute to the immune system.
LIPOSOMA proudly announces our newest product range, called NutraCups®. For LIPOSOMA’s NutraCups we selected our finest liposomal ingredients and placed these in cup cartridges to be processed by warm water extraction using standard coffee cup extraction machines, which are present in almost every household. With this technology, liposomes protect bioactives against harmful degradations, without the need for water to keep the solution stable. The health ingredients in NutraCups Matcha Vitality contribute to the normal function of the immune, cardiovascular and digestive system and function as antioxidants. Moreover, because the actual liposome dispersion is produced at home right before consumption, this product is pure in its ingredients as no preservatives are needed.
What does NutraCups Matcha Vitality do?
Matcha Vitality NutraCups contain DHA, vitamin C and E combined with our flagship ingredient EGCG. EGCG is a natural health ingredient present in green tea and other natural sources such as fruits and cacao. EGCG is an important ingredient from matcha tea, which is traditionally used for tea ceremonies in Japan.
The mixture of health ingredients present in NutraCups Matcha Vitality contributes to maintaining cell health, by their antioxidant functions [1-5]. By scavenging harmful reactive oxygen species, the ingredients protect against oxidative stress [6]. Moreover, vitamin C helps to maintain the normal function of the immune system [1, 2]; vitamin C does so even when the body is stressed by heavy physical activity [1]. In addition, vitamin C protects against symptoms of tiredness [1]. The health ingredients of Nutra Cups Matcha Vitality have all been shown to protect the body against Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS). ROS are oxygen radicals that are known to cause oxidative stress and cell damage. Moreover, EGCG is a catechin that has been suggested to help maintain cardiovascular health [7]*.

Why take liposomal Matcha Vitality
Featuring natural health ingredients encapsulated in liposomes, the NutraCups technology can bring out the important benefit that the ingredients are protected against harmful degradations in the body [8]. This allows the ingredients of our Matcha Vitality to arrive in the gut without being broken down first. Moreover, the phospholipids of which the liposomal matrix is composed provide some health effects themselves. Their main constituent is phosphatidylcholine, which incorporates the important health ingredient choline. Choline contributes to normal liver function and lipid metabolism [9].
Why in NutraCups?
LIPOSOMA has invented a new technology enabling liposomal encapsulation of its most delicate active ingredients: NutraCups. NutraCups are cartridges that are designed for warm water extraction using common espresso machines present in almost every household. The liposomal beverage that is produced allows for the encapsulation, enhanced delivery and improved performance of many ingredients, but in particular those health ingredients that require higher daily doses.
